Megan Savage is a fiction writer and poet living in Portland, Oregon. Her work has appeared in Spork, Subtropics, and Barn Owl Review, and has been twice nominated for Best New American Voices. She has received fellowships from Ledig House International Writer’s Residency, Bard College, and Indiana University, where she completed graduate studies in Creative Writing (Fiction) and English, and served as Fiction Editor of Indiana Review. Currently, she teaches writing at Portland Community College and at the Putney School Summer Programs in Vermont.
