(3rd Year Fiction) Daniel A. Lockhart grew up in shadows of Motown along the Detroit River. He holds degrees from both Montana State University and Trent University. Danielís work shows a strong interest in the musicality and power of place. His pieces often seek to locate the meaning of humanity in context of the land that dominates it. Daniel draws a great deal from his time spent in the wilds of Northern Canada and under the big sky of Montana. His poetry has appeared in Zaum, San Pedro River Review, and the Naguatuck River Review.
