Rivet bucker
This tool is used in making
phase boxes. Its function is to "buck" the two halves of phase box rivets
together, thus securing the nylon washers and providing the box-strings
with a post to wind around. It is sometimes referred to here in our lab
as the "bottle capper", for its resemblance to that tool.
