A first-order priority for the Bloomington campus, continued investment to support creativity and innovation in the arts and humanities is vital to IU's future. Excellence in the arts and humanities is a bright and strong motif in the rich tapestry of IU's history, but as a great research university, we will continue to build on that tradition in dynamic ways.
